Refund policy
All sales are final sale. We do not accept returns. If your print arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including a possible refund.
To receive a refund you must:
- Report the issue to info@celistudios.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Provide photographic evidence and a written description of the issue.
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a refund within 24 hours to your original payment method. Please note, it can up to seven business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
